Busy Busy Busy!

Many thanks to everyone who turned out for the Arts Walk and/or karaoke party last night – we had a blast! We’re doing it again tonight – this time, it’s Italian style! And there’s plenty coming up next week as well… 

July 14, 9:00 – 11:30 PM: The Alex Levin Trio plays beautiful jazz compositions featuring keyboard, bass and drums. They’ve come all the way from NYC, via the Bread Loaf School of English.

July 16, 6:30 – Midnight: We’re proud to be hosting a DREAM benefit dinner. 10% of the evening’s profits will go to support children’s programming for the Pine Meadow housing community. The evening’s events will also feature music for all ages.

July 17, 8:30 – 11:30 PM: Back due to popular demand, the Anthony Santor Jazz Quartet is a bass-driven free jazz band that also features guitar, saxophone, and drums.

July 18, 8:30 to 11:30 PM: We welcome another great little jazz combo: accomplished musicians Perdue, Shores & Harlos team up for an evening of musical mayhem!

We’ve just added three tremendous new offerings from our friends at Otter Creek Brewing: the classic Stovepipe Porter, Wolaver’s organic Ben Gleason White Ale, and – wait for it – their new Russian Imperial Stout! This 10% ABV instant classic is truly a beer to be savored (our daytime bartender always keeps a bottle stashed around the house for special occasions), and has received rave reviews from beeradvocate.com and ratebeer.com.

This week, it’s all about the new Otter Creek Russian Imperial Stout. Come in and get a glass of this super-premium craft brew for only $4.50! On the wine front, choose between the deep red Foxbrook 2007 Shiraz and the crisp Crane Lake 2007 Chardonnay for only $3.50 a glass. And for those who want something sweet and special, you’ll be happy to hear that our evening bartenders have been playing with chocolate lately – ask to try their mocha “martini” or the minty new After Eight for Adults!
