Effective immediately, 51 Main will reduce its hours of operation and eliminate lunch service in an effort to concentrate on our very successful evening programming and dinner menu.

51 Main will be open Tuesday–Saturday from 5pm to late. Live music will continue on Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm–midnight and most Thursdays from 8–10pm. Check out our Entertainment page to see what’s on the horizon.

We are also pleased to announce new specials that include Burger & Brew Night on Tuesdays ($6 VT burgers and $3 VT beers) and Midd Night on Thursdays (1/2 price appetizers for Middlebury College ID cardholders: faculty, staff, students, alumni and retirees).

Since opening in 2008, 51 Main has served as a vital gathering place in downtown Middlebury. It will continue to do so in the future, while providing “a sophisticated, international social space where people of all ages and all walks of life can come together for conversation, good food, music and art.”
